Yes - there are plenty of toilets and space for baby changing.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes! There will be limited seating and areas for breaks, but you are free to bring your own food and snacks. There will be food and beverage sellers onsite for the duration of the event, selling a variety of snacks, cold and hot drinks. Please check sellers for dietary and allergen information.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately we cannot cater for furry friends at the event; as it's an indoor event and there will be a lot of children on site (some with allergies) we cannot allow any dogs, with the exception of registered assistance dogs on site.
Is there parking?
Yes, the site has ample parking all around the venue, if the car park is entirely full you can use local street parking, please check for any parking restrictions before parking your car and be mindful of local residents.
Is the site accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes; the site is all accessible on the ground floor or on the upper floors via lifts.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for unwanted or unused tickets. If you are unable to attend you may give your tickets to friends or family. If you cannot attend the event for any reason, please let us know in advance. If we can resell the tickets (at least 24 hours before the event), we may be able to offer a refund. Refunds and credits are at the discretion of The Big Play team.
What if I lose something?
We'll ask that all lost property is handed into The Big Play team at the front entrance. We will endeavour to return and reunite all items to their rightful owners on the day.
What if my child gets lost?
All children will be given a wristband on the day, and we will ask for a parent/guardian telephone number to be written on the wristband. In the event of a lost child, we'll ask you to find a member of The Big Play team (we'll be onsite for the duration of the event and at the main entrance), and we'll assist you in reuniting you with your child. All our team members and exhibitors are DBS checked and will be instructed to support lost children to the main entrance where their wristbands will be checked, and parents/guardians contacted immediately.
Can we bring our baby?
Yes of course - all children over 12 months old (1 year) require a ticket. Under 1 year olds do not require a ticket for entry. The whole site will be buggy/pushchair friendly but bear in mind that we'll have many families with buggies - where possible we recommend bringing slings and smaller buggies where possible.

We will be offering early bird discounts for all attendees. Every ticket is set at the same price.
Can I take photos?
Yes. We request that you take photos of your child(ren) only, for the safety and security of all children present. On the day we will have an official photographer taking pictures of the event, and our exhibitors. Feel free to tag us in any photos on social media, we'd love to see them!
What age is this suitable for?
All the products, activities and services on the day will be aimed at children under 6 years old. We recommend the play sessions for babies over 6 months old and up.
Younger baby siblings are more than welcome too, no ticket is required for babies.
Can we bring older siblings?
Yes - older siblings more than welcome. If they are likely to play on the bouncy castles/in Little City then we ask that a full-playing tickets is booked for them. If they are unlikely to play and help you on the day, please book them an adult ticket.
We need everyone attending to have a ticket (with the exception of babies under 12 months old) so we can monitor capacity in the building for health and safety reasons.
